RECA Ceramic takes the protection of personal data seriously. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data I process when you use recaceramic.com, contact me, purchase or order a sculpture, or register for a RECA workshop.

2. Enquiries and contact
When you contact me through the website or by email, I may process your name, email address and the information contained in your message.
The purpose of processing is to respond to your enquiry and communicate with you. Where your enquiry relates to a possible purchase or order, processing may also be necessary in order to take steps before entering into a contract.
3. Sculpture purchases and custom orders
When you purchase or order a sculpture, I process the personal data necessary to fulfil the order, issue an invoice and arrange delivery.
For custom sculptures, you may also provide photographs of your animal. These photographs are used for the purpose of creating the sculpture and will not be published or used publicly without your prior permission.
4. Invoicing
Invoices are issued using Számlázz.hu. Personal data required for invoicing is processed for the purpose of complying with applicable accounting and tax obligations and is retained for the period required by law.
5. Shipping
For delivery, the necessary recipient and delivery information may be provided to the carrier used for the shipment, such as GLS, FedEx, MPL or Express One.
Only the information necessary to arrange and complete the delivery is shared.
6. RECA workshops
When you register for a RECA workshop, I may process your name, email address, telephone number and invoicing information for registration, communication, organisation and invoicing.
Payment for workshops is made by bank transfer.
7. Notifications about future workshops
If you ask to be notified about future RECA workshops, I process your name, email address and information about the type of workshop you are interested in.
This information is processed on the basis of your consent and is retained until you withdraw your consent. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting recaceramic@gmail.com.
8. Website operation and cookies
The website is created and hosted using Webnode. When you use the website, certain technical information may be processed, including IP address, technical log data and information collected through cookies.
Non-essential cookies are used only in accordance with the cookie preferences selected by the visitor.
9. Email communication
Email communication is handled using Google Gmail.
10. External content and services
The website may contain links to or embedded content from Instagram and Facebook, as well as content provided through Flipsnack. These external providers may process technical information and use cookies in accordance with their own privacy policies.
11. Recipients and service providers
Depending on the service you use, personal data may be processed by or disclosed to service providers necessary for operating the website and fulfilling orders, including Webnode, Google/Gmail, Számlázz.hu, GLS, FedEx, MPL, Express One, Meta and Flipsnack.
12. Your rights
Under applicable data protection law, you may have the right to request access to your personal data, correction or deletion of your data, restriction of processing, data portability or to object to certain processing.
Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw your consent at any time.

14. Changes to this Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated if the way personal data is processed changes, for example if new analytics or other services are introduced.
